A .Browse through the motifs on the Memorial motifs page and enter your choice in the animal type/motif box on the order form

| Q .Can I see what the inscription will look like before you make it |
A .Yes we will send you an order confirmation and draft layout on receipt of order when you will be able to request changes

| Q .Can I have it delivered to another address as there is nobody at home weekdays |
A .Yes on your order confirmation you will be asked if you want delivery to another address ie work for convenience

| Q .Can you make changes to the motifs |
A .Yes if you tell us the motif that is nearest to your pets image and request changes ie a longer tail, more pointy ears ect we will always do our best to oblige

| Q .Can you draw up motifs from a picture of my pet |
A .Yes but this must be a picture that gives us a good profile suitable for a silouette image

| Q .Do the boulders always look like the ones in your pictures |
A .No every boulder is unique in shape and we choose them to best suit your choices of inscription

| Q .Can I have a plaque without the border as I prefer it plain |
A .Yes just let us know on the comments section of the order form or email/telephone on receipt of order confirmation/draft and we will redraw

| Q .Are your boulders all yorkstone or do you use other types of stone |
A .We only use yorkstone for the boulders as the texture is tight grained, hard, and highly resistant to extremes of weather

| Q .Why is there a restriction on the amount of inscription I can have on each stone |
A .We choose the amount of inscription that will look best on each stone size but will accomodate extra if we can.

| Q .Can I order one of your stones for a human memorial. |
| A .Yes, We occasionally do supply these as a human memorial, just order as normal or give us a call to discuss |
