Dear Michael,
We received the stone this morning and it is really lovely thank-you. One of the reasons we picked your service was because we wanted something that would blend in to the garden well and look natural. Many people think we're 'daft', but 17 years is a long time to have a pet. Gypsy was a wedding present to me from my husband and she went all over the country on holiday with us - she liked a nice log fire! Thank you so much. It is very rare these days that you feel like you have received real 'old fashioned' personal service, but we do and are very grateful. We will definitely recommend you to anyone in the future.

Dear Michael,
Thank you so much for the memorial for Pudsy which arrived yesterday afternoon. I am delighted with it and know that the school children will be too. The boarders helped me take it out into the garden yesterday evening and place it on Pudsy’s grave. It was an emotional moment, but after eighteen and a half years, a fitting tribute to our much loved and totally loving school cat. Thank you again.

'Rosco' has arrived home safely today and I am over the moon, it's beautiful. A tasteful,simple stone which speaks volumes.
I lost my husband very suddenly 18 months ago after a long battle with MS and Rosco was his guide dog. Together we got through the dark days but at 12 and a half he was old and tired and sadly I felt it was time to let Peter have his dog back, to walk and play as man and dog should. Over the 10 years we had Rosco we searched everywhere for a picture or model of a curly coated retriever to keep as a reminder, knowing full well that one day we would lose him, but never ever found one. When I saw your web site, with the motif, I knew what I had to do.
I know Peter would have been really pleased with the stone and I feel I've done what he would have wished. The stone now stands proudly under the tree in the garden where the dog's ashes are scattered and is a fitting memorial to a very special dog and a very special husband.
Both very much loved and missed but together again.

The memorial boulder was received at Gables Farm yesterday. Today it was placed in the memorial garden. It is superb and far exceeds my expectations, thank you very much, Tess and Sadie could not have had a more fitting tribute. Everyone who has seen it thinks it is lovely and one member of staff said he thought the engraving was exceptionally well done. I will take a photograph of it in situ and forward it on to you.

Many apologies for the delay in confirming the safe receipt of Oliver's lovely stone. I didn't know exactly what to expect but it far outweighs any expectations I may have had. I am absolutely over the moon with it - the only problem being that it is so lovely it started the emotions and tears again!
Our Special Little Man will live in our hearts forever but this memorial will bring him even closer and give us great comfort as it takes its place in Oliver's favourite part of our garden. Thank you so very much Stephen.
